If you are wondering where I have been these last three months...On May 2nd I was admitted into the hospital. May 6th I had surgery on my spine to remove a cyst that was MERSA on May 11th I had to have another surgery on my collar bone it was infected as well.They removed part of my collar bone and did a chest flap pulling the muscle up and attach to where my collar bone once was...Then I was infected with Cdef in the hospital...Finally on July 3rd I was released only to return on July 19th with a relapse of C def at which time they discovered more infection on my spine eating away at one of my disc...On July 29th I was released to Home Health Care, which is where I am now....I have to have a daily antibiotic treatment until Sept 3rd...at which point I should be given a clean bill of health...If not the alternative is more surgery on my spine...It has taken me all this time to walk again...The first month after the surgeries I could only sit on the edge of the bed for one minute and would nearly pass out...Finally was able to stand then walk with a walker I'm still using a walker...but am getting stronger and having less pain...This is the most horrific pain I have ever had to go through...Knocked all the wind out of my sails just about...not quite....Anyway just thought I would explain why I haven't been listing anything these past months...I am slowly listing items...I just have to take it easy....I start another 12 week treatment on Oct. 8th...not sure what the side effects are going to be...hopefully I can continue listing on eBay...The treatment cost $94,000...That's a lot of knives to sell in my one dollar auctions...:) Thanks ....
