- Glute kickbacks (Band around lower shins)
- Lateral walks / shuffles (Crab walks)
- Knee raises (Band trapped under stationary foot and looped over the toes of the foot that is being raised).
- Also effective for rotator cuff, arm, wrist, ankle, and calf exercises
