Porter Sewing CC is a Disabled US Army Infantry Veteran owned small business. We are a husband and wife team with 3 young children operating out of our own home. Because of his medical conditions, neither of us can work a “normal” or “regular” job and must come up with innovative ways to provide for our family. We started in 2008 by providing quality custom sewing and embroidery services at reasonable prices, later bought a motorcycle leather and accessory shop going out of business, began selling knives and self defense items, and most recently returned to our roots as 4th generation in camera and photography sales and service.

We do not drop ship, we do not list items we would not use, and we do not sell any item that we could not carry on a conversation about. We purchase wholesale lots of items that we think we can sell and have them delivered to our home. We clean, inspect and test and research all items to the best of our ability before listing.

Payment Instructions:
Please pay for your order via PayPal at your earliest convenience. Buy it now items require immediate payment, auction items must be paid within 4 business days.
We must assess a 7% sales tax to Indiana resident end-users on all New items that have not previously had state sales tax collected on.
Shipping and Handling:
Free domestic shipping on all of our listings. Upgrade your shipping for faster service at calculated rates with no added handling fee.
Items are processed and packaged as they are received, or at our earliest convenience 7 days a week. We ship twice a day, when possible, on normal business weekdays. Orders paid before 2 p.m. (EST) Monday-Friday are shipped out same day at close of business. Orders paid 2 p.m. to midnight MTWT are sent out at open of business next day. Orders after 2 p.m. Fri and on weekends will be shipped at open of business on Mon. Holiday orders are shipped on next postal business day (varies).
International Buyers: Please see the "Shipping and Payments" tab above for available options. International buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and fees incurred including any such charges resulting from a return. We will not ship outside of listed options, we will not falsify documents to avoid charges. Any requests for us to violate eBay policies will result in immediate cancellation of order and buyer will be reported to eBay.

If you receive your item and feel it was grossly misrepresented on our part, or it is defective, please contact us immediately.
Returns for any other reason must be in the same condition as received; new, used, unused, unworn, undamaged, with or without tags as stated in the listing and description. Return will be refused if the item is altered, opened (commercial packaging) or damaged in any way by the buyer.
Due to a large number of suspected scams, we will not offer sight unseen partial refunds on any Cameras & Photo items. All claims must be returned to us via eBay return system for a full refund.
Leather and other garments may be tried on for proper fit. Do not remove tags or protective films (where applicable) until you are sure the garment fits.
