This is an English made cut glass condiment jar or mustard pot (at least the sterling silver lid is English). It has the English hallmarks and the mark for Birmingham. The maker's marks are T.H in a rectangle. The only maker in Birmingham that I have been able to find that (almost) matches that mark is T H Hazelwood, but his usual mark was T.H.H, so I'm not sure about that. The date mark appears to be for 1894. Check out the photos. Maybe you can figure it out better than I have been able to. It stands 5" tall and is in excellent condition.
