Australia - Next Day Delivery

Australian orders can be shipped with Star Track Express Couriers or Australia Post Standard Shipping. Express shipping is a 1 business day service for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas when you order before 4pm Sydney time. This service is a flat rate of $12.99. Standard shipping is $8.99 or free for orders over $99. This service can take up to 7 business days, depending on your location. A time estimate will be given to you after providing your post code. You can track your order through either Star Track or Australia Post with the consignment number emailed to you within 12 business hours of placing your order.

International Flat Rate Shipping

CostumeBox ships internationally with DHL couriers. A shipping fee applies to all orders, see below for details - some exceptions apply: heavy and large items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping.

Orders placed before 3.30pm Sydney time will be dispatched that same day.

DHL requires a signature on delivery, so please arrange your delivery to an address where someone will be able to accept your parcel during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm). If no one is going to be home, we recommend shipping to a work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues.

Please note that DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes (or similar) so a physical home or work address needs to be used.

Some parcels entering your country may incur additional customs fees or import duties.  The customer is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the government upon goods entering the country. CostumeBox is unable to mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ in order to avoid potential charges as this would be unlawful.

CostumeBox reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.

Pickup available at our Brookvale warehouse open 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 3pm on Saturdays.:

Orders placed before 10am can be collected after 11am same day.

Orders placed between 10am and 2pm can be collected after 3pm same day.

Orders placed between 2pm and 4pm can be collected between 5pm and 5.30pm same day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimate:

New Zealand: $17.99* (1-2 days). Asia $23.99* (2-3 days). Americas $23.99* (2-3 days). Europe $24.99* (2-4 days). Rest of World $64.99* (3-7 days).

*please note: bulky/heavy items will be charged at a higher shipping rate. In the case that your order goes over the flat rate for your country, our friendly customer service team will contact you to confirm if you would like t proceed with the additional charges.
