Opened retail box (not shrink wrapped), but brand new.  100% of everything is included in new condition, though there is some minor wear on the outside of the box.  Additionally, I have added the January 2001 MSDN library CD set, as well as Service Pack 3 for VS 6.  In other words, you are getting MORE than you would in a sealed, unopened package, and everything is new.  I am the original owner, having received this item directly from Microsoft.  Do note that the jewel case for the added MSDN library does have a small (slight) crack in it, yet the discs are in new condition.
