How long will it take to receive my item?

We use Royal Mail as our partner and we offer a fast and free service, which means that you will receive your order within 2-3 days. Most items are sent the next working day (or the same day if ordered before 11am), however for personalised orders, please allow an extra day for us to process this so we can make it perfect for you.

How will they be packaged?

Larger prints (A3) are placed in a protective cellophane sleeve and then rolled in to a postal tube. Smaller prints (7×5? and A4) are placed in protective cellophane sleeves and sent in hard backed envelopes.

If you have ordered a mixture of sizes (A3 and smaller sizes) then your order may be sent in two parts.

Print colour:

Print colour may or may not look slightly different to what appears on your device or monitor. We have our printers, monitors and software calibrated with ICC profiles to ensure correct colours are produced.

If you have any problems then please contact us via the contact seller section as customer service is extremely important to us.

Please note that we will not accept returns for custom designs. We will of course replace if we are at fault in any way, however for obvious reasons we cannot accept returns. For this reason, please take care when ordering custom designs and make sure that there are no spelling errors and that you are happy with the font requested. If you are unsure then please just ask, we are here to help!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days. If you choose to return, please indicate what the issue is and whether you would prefer a refund of the purchase price or a replacement. Customers must quote their invoice number, name and address with all returns so that we can match it up with our records. We would also require you to obtain a 'proof of postage certificate' free from your local Post Office in case it gets lost on the way. That way we can still issue you a refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, there is a cooling off period of 7 days which begins when you receive your goods. During this period you have the right to return goods in the original condition for any reason whatsoever. After the 7 day cooling off period, refunds and replacement items will only be given if the goods purchased are faulty.

Feedback is really important to small businesses like ours - if you have any problem at all with your purchase then please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you. If you feel that you can't leave us positive feedback or good DSR ratings then please do let us know as negative feedback can greatly impact businesses like ours. We work really hard to give you a great service and after all, our customers are the ones that matter most to us!

Personalisation (if available - dependent on listing)

If the item is available for personalisation we will mention it in the listing. However, if you are unsure then please contact us and we will let you know.

For personalisation we will require the following details:

- The text (in your own words) that you require.

- We suggest no more than 10-20 words (7x5?) and 20-30 words (A4 and A3) for the best outcome. You may request more but please be aware that the more text there is, the smaller and harder to read the font will appear.

- The colour of the text. Please note that we do not offer colour back grounds, however we can do the text in whatever colour you desire.

- For standard text prints we do not offer artwork or emoticons. You will need to contact us separately for pricing on a case by case basis.
