Item Description
Up for your consideration is a very fine Bohemian art glass vase in a silver plate stand, c. 1910. The glass portion is heavily iridized and of the finest quality, likely made by Loetz. It measures 10" x 5.75". Overall, the piece stands an impressive 19" tall with its heavy silver-plate base that has a bold Art Nouveau design..
Overall, the piece is in excellent condition. There is some minor roughness/chipping to the tip of the stem where the glass fits into the metal portion, most (if not all) came from the grinding process during manufacture, and is completely hidden when the glass is in place. Otherwise, the glass is free of chips, cracks, damage, or loss. The base shows light wear.
