We ship orders within 1 business day and use the best industry practices to pack your order.
For orders involving singles and multiple cards we always use Ultra Pro Toploaders and large Ultra Pro packing sleeves.
For all other orders which are not singles we make sure to use adequate packing material to ensure that your items arrive safely.
Shipping times can vary dramatically depending on where you live in the world. Though as one of our customers you can expect the following order ETA’s:
Domestic – 2-5 Business Days
International - 12 – 15 Business Days
To be eligible for a refund you must meet the following conditions:
- Order must have been lodged in the last 30 days
- If the product arrives damaged, we will need evidence to verify the claims validity
- Lost orders will only be considered lost if they do not arrive in the specified ETA window & if the order is indeed determined to be lost a refund will be provided immediately.
