Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign.

If the item(s) supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Motex Spares must be contacted immediately and then the item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days at the cost of the customer.

Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
