Shipping, Warranty and Return

Delivery Policy

1. Postage to UK is normally done within 1 working day from our UK warehouse once payment is cleared.

2. UK Royal Mail second class postal service is used for postage and the item is received by recipient/customer within 2 to 3 working days of item being dispatched.

 

Warranty

1. Warranty will be valid for 2 months against manufacturing defect.

2. The warranty shall not apply to the following circumstances:

a) Damage caused by undue ware & tear, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accidents.

b) If item was opened, any parts removed or repaired by any unauthorized person.

 

Return

1. We put buyer's satisfaction at top priority. If you're not pleased with your purchases, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the item total price less Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges within 14 days of your purchases. 

2. For any Exchange, Refund or Return, the item must be in its original condition, including any box, packaging, and other accessories or gifts. 

3. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. 

4. Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are not refundable.

 

Power Bank Instructions for use

The power bank item has only one button and 4 light indicators to allow for its simple and normal use. The instructions for the item are as follows:

1. Charging: The power bank can be charged by connecting the charging cable to the power bank 'micro usb' slot and the other normal USB end to a USB plug socket charger (for best results and around 6 to 8 hours charge) or almost any other USB port (I.e. laptop, desktop, PlayStation, etc.) in order to charge the item.

The power bank normally takes around 6 to 8 hours to charge from empty to full. The power bank has 4 light indicators. When charging the light indicators will remain on or flash to show how much power the power bank has stored and how much is still left to charge. I.e. when all light indicators are flashing in succession this means the power bank battery is below 25% charge level and in the process of being fully charged. And if 1 light remains on and the rest flash in succession, then this means that the power bank is 25% charged and in the process of charging the rest. The power bank is fully charged when all lights remain on or if no lights flash in succession (the item will automatically stop charging once it is 100% charged).

 

2. The power bank has only one button and 4 light indicators. Press or Click the button once to see how many light indicators flash and see how much charge the power bank has remaining. (Each flashing light represents 25% and for example if 3 lights flash when you click the button once means that the power bank is 75% charged).

3. For the flash light to switch on or off, double click the button quickly in succession.

 

4. Plug your phone, or other electronic device, to the power bank USB ports to charge your device. (For best results please utilise your original phone or electronic device charging cable).
