You are purchasing one (1) axle locking device for many peerless transaxles.

No welding involved.  It locks the axles together.  Works in some peerless transaxle differentials

with square cut 3/4"splined axles and a 5/8" center pin.   You may have to fabricate and use shims 

to make this item fit.  Some units may be able to fit the locker between the side gears.
