Refund / Exchange Policy
We operate a 30 day money back guarantee within Australia. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. You must return the product in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. The purchaser is responsible for the cost for returning the product. The product must be returned and accepted by Jay & Joy before we proceed the refund. The following exceptions applies to our policy:
- Any product not purchased from us.
- Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.
- Any product that has been installed or has experienced attempts of installation.
- Any product that is returned to us without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the merchandise itself or to the original packing materials and accessories within the product packaging.
- Any product with a missing or altered serial number.
- Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting for an refund. Products found to be ineligible will be returned to you.
- A 30% handling fee of the product will be applied for any wrong order or no-need order. If the product has been sent out, the purchaser is responsible for all postage (from us and to us).
