The laptops are fully functional and fully refurbished with genuine, activated, Windows 10 Professional 64 installed.

The Laptops are fully functional and come completely pre configured, all you need to do is plug in and start using.

Please note the laptops have some cosmetic wear in the form of marks, dents or scratches to the lid and general wear to the chassis and wear to the keyboard or track pad. These laptops are discounted for this reason, the marks do not affect the performance of the laptop.

All laptops come with a Dell charger.

Delivery

Shipping our items is very important to us, we send all our items in brand new double walled boxes, we wrap each item in bubble wrap and use lots of packing to ensure your item gets to you safely, we use a next business day signed for courier service that are insured for loss or damage, all items are tracked from the moment they leave us to the moment they arrives with you.

All of our standard England, Wales and southern Scotland deliveries are free of charge.

Customers outside of the UK can still purchase our items, we use the fully approved eBay international dispatch centre for items leaving the UK.

Very small items are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service.
