This is an incredibly rare chance to own an authentic piece of Harry Potter movie history

This is the Original prop created for Leavesden studios for the Slytherin House Hogwarts shield

It was used in the film Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 2002

I bought it in about 2003 from the Movie prop dealer involved in removing the back drops after the film was completed  Many bits were kept for what became the Warner Brothers Harry potter exhibition but a lot was cleared to make ready for the next Bond Movie Die another Day

The crest is magnificent

It is made of plaster and has been made to look aged and worn by the props team to make it look like old carved stone. They have done a stunning job.

It measure approx. 100cm x 90cm x 10cm

It is very heavy and in excellent condition

It as had pride of place on my wall for years and pending house move means it is time to pass it on to another collector

It is very hard to price this so I am open to offers because I have never seen anything like it for sale before

Sorry I can't show the reverse as it is on the wall and very difficult to remove but it does look very rough with white plaster and wire

Postage can be arranged at cost but it is fragile so collection would be best
