You are also entitled to have a refund or goods replaced if the goods any of the following occurs:
- the goods fail to be of acceptable quality;
- the goods are unsafe to use;
- the goods are significantly different from the description.
In order for this warranty to apply, the item must also have been:
- not subject to abuse, improper treatment, neglect or misuse;
- maintained and cleaned in accordance with our instructions;
