Return policy details:
For all returns,buyers must contact us and follow our return process steps before sending them back to us. Items sent back with authorisation will not be processed. Must contact us via our email and describe the reason within 30 days of order.The item needs to arrive back to us in new, unopened and re-saleable condition. All accessories and parts must remain in their original packaging. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded- buyer will be responsible for charges.We will offer a replacement or refund (based on different condition to issue partial or full refund) for all defective items, and a photo is required for our reference.
We require the tracking number or confirmation of shipping on all returns, and a replacement or refund will be processed once we have received the item.
All items should be in original packaging, with clear information outlining the buyers name, contact details, item number/code and reason for return.
We will not accept items returned with missing parts, or damaged due to accidents/physical force, water, fire, power surge, natural disasters or other misuse .
