How to Personalise Your Order

At the checkout use the note to seller form to send us your personalisation details. Or email them to us using the eBay message service. The details we require are:

Name - Up to 12 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Message Line 1- Up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Message Line 2- Up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Message Line 3- Up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Message Line 4- Up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Please do not include symbols, accents or special characters as we cannot print these. Also do not use all capitals for your message as it will be hard to read. Best Ever Godmother and Best Ever Godfather is fixed text and cannot be altered.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will depend on the service you choose. We do not dispatch order on Saturday or Sunday or on UK Bank and Public Holidays or during shop closures. 

Cancellations & Returns

We cannot accept cancellations once we have started to process your order. We are also unable to accept returns for personalised, bespoke or made to order items. If your order arrives damaged or we have made a mistake we will replace the item as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
