At Zone Optics, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be happy with what you ordered. Our return policy is simple: if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in its original, brand new and unused condition for a refund of the product price. To avoid a restocking fee and be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned in brand new and unused condition in the original product packaging with no missing contents
• All factory labels and seals on the product packaging must be fully intact (product labels cannot be cut or torn)
• Returns should be packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging (items shipped in envelopes or padded mailers will not be accepted for return)
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part

Items failing to meet these conditions will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or sent back at the customer's expense. To start a return, simply find the item in your Purchase History and select Return this item. Once we have received and inspected your returned item and determined it to be in new/unused condition, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. However, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. Please inspect all items carefully upon arrival. Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
