• All items will be shipped to buyer's eBay address. If you want us to send to another address, please let us know before you place order.

• All orders will be processed within 24 hours upon payment cleared during business days ( Monday thru Friday, except Public holidays). You will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• In most cases, international shipping takes around 7~15 business days. As you know, the shipping may be influenced by holidays, custom clearance and other uncertainties. We are not able to guarantee the exact arrival time. If you have not received your item within 4 weeks from payment, please contact us.
  

• All shipments will be provided with tracking numbers. You can get it from eBay email or your Purchase History.

• As there are weight and volume restrictions on international order, we will try to offer you any discount or combined shipping for multiple items. 
  

• Listings with shipping and handling charge: the charge covers mailing, packing, warehouse and distribution costs, not postage only.

• As hats are special items, for hygiene reason, we accept return, but you have to follow our return policy:

1. Please contact us first in 2 days from receiving the order with the reason ( Your reason will let us know what need to be improved). 
2. Items must be returned postmarked within 3 days of receipt. 
3. Returned item has to be in its original condition as when shipped. Not worn, no perfume, no cosmetics. Otherwise we will refuse return. 
4. Your original purchase price (excluding original delivery charge) will be refunded. But if you didn't return it on time, we have to charge you 20% restocking fee. 

• Damaged or Wrong Item: 
  
  
• All items are guaranteed in perfect condition prior to shipment. If your item is damaged in some way during shipping, or you received a wrong item, please provide pictures and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After receiving the damaged item or wrong item we shipped, we will make a replacement depending on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.
