All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight.

As long as your product is brand new in the package, we will accept returns within 14 days after it has been received by you. Due to the personal nature of skin care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used product unless there is damage due to shipping or we are at fault in some way.
