* We are selling pre-loved items. We try to describe them to you as best as we can and we also provide pictures of the actual item (the pictures are part of the description). There may be fluffs (himulmol) thread runs, small stains, some fades that we may have notice when taking pics of the items so PLEASE manage your expectation.
* We try our best to take great pictures of our items but actual color/texture of the items may vary due to a variety of factors such as lighting, camera settings, screen resolution and your screen settings.
* No return and No exchange.
* Expect the item within 3 -5 business days (not including Sundays and Holidays). If your shipment doesn't arrive AFTER that time frame, then we will definitely make a follow up with the courier.
* Please be patient with shipping, sometimes it gets delayed due to circumstances that we cannot foresee especially during holiday season, typhoon season and peak season. Courier delays happen and it's beyond both of our control. We will not refund because of a delay caused by the courier. Again, it's beyond our control.
* Shipping fee varies. What is reflected on here is for JRS (Letter Pouch Size for Metro Manila shipping). we could also ship via LBC but shipping fee will be a bit higher. Send us a message BEFORE you make a payment so we could advise you of the total cost (cost of item plus shipping fee).
