Please be advised: Plastic bottles will be shipped with a screw top to prevent leakage during transit, unless you opt for a flip up spout top. Kindly include a note at checkout indicating your preference.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day after the payment has cleared.

Free Shipping: USPS Ground Shipping  5-7 business days. USPS Tracking Number is included with every order. All items are shipped Monday-Friday, except on Holidays.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations: If the item is not as described, please return the item in its original condition that it was sent to you (unused and well packed) for an exchange or refund of your money. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and shipping cost. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the item had been previously used.

Contact Us within 3 days of delivery, ship items back within 7 days of delivery and you will receive your money back minus the cost of shipping (Buyers pays for return shipping label).

Request a cancelation within 12 hours of purchase unless item was processed or shipped out already.
