These will be right-hand drive vehicles or those with twin sliding doors, as left-hand drive Vito’s will have the sliding door on the offside (right).

The curtains:
Adding a pair of curtains to your Vito is quick and simple. This set has been bespoke designed for the sliding door window of your Mercedes, so it will fit perfectly without any awkward gaps.
The curtain rail comes ready to install, already curved and formed to the shape of the window.
There’s also a full set of curtain hooks, quiet gliders and all the screws you’ll need, too.
You will need to stretch the curtain when you fit them, so they get that pleated look.
The material:
These curtains are made from knitted jersey fabric, so they’re built to last. The way knitted jersey is produced means it’s really opaque and won’t let light through. These curtains have a double layer of the material, and so have been designed to work as excellent blackout blinds for your camper.
The jersey also has a really nice drape effect when they’re hung, so they’ll look lovely inside your Vito while also stopping you from having to rise when the sun does!
They also conform to the 95/28 EC standard, meaning that it’s been tested and approved for resistance to flame.

Damaged, faulty and incorrect parts delivered
Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Just Kampers of any damage or shortages. If your goods are damaged, faulty or not the correct parts that were ordered, please contact us via eBay messages Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm and request a Returns Form.
If we have your email address we will email you a prepaid Postage Form with a Returns Number, please attach this to your parcel and once received we will process your Return. If we do not have your email address we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on your parcel. Please obtain a receipt for your postage costs, we will refund the postage if the issue is the fault of Just Kampers.
We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).
If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for the goods. You then have two working days to check for damage/shortages, as stated above.
Incorrect Parts Ordered, Goods not Required
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.
Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Whilst Just Kampers make every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting/use.
Condition of Returns
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.
When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customers responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Just Kampers regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
