American coin silver napkin ring with
Gothic design open work quatrefoil
decorations inside a hatch work matrix
set on an engine turned background,
c.1860. The applied, twisted rope rims
add to the appeal of this handsome
napkin ring.
This special napkin ring is 1 7/8" in
diameter, 1 1/4" tall, weighs 23 grams
and is monogrammed DCB in ornate,
period script.
The soft, warm, original finish is
present, with no buffing or machine
polishing.
The very good original condition and
clear, crisp detail, with no removals,
there is an old repair that is
performed on the inside of the ring. [r3464]

All items are carefully packed and insured, with no handling or packing fees, ever. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent may request to examine it. That being said, in over 10 years of internet shipping, we have had only one damage claim. Shipping is usually done within 24 hours of the receipt of a cleared payment.
