LOGICAL DATA RECOVERY IS FOR HARD DRIVES THAT DO NOT HAVE MECHANICAL DAMAGE, or PHYSICAL DAMAGE
That results in noses such as clicks or drives with no power and are not recognized or visible by your computer.

After the hard drive data is successfully recovered the data is backed up to a good working hard drive.
Special Software and technical expertise is necessary for Logical data recovery
This stage may or may not recovery the application files.
Most of the time the files of your application will appear.
Data may also be backed up to DVD or flash media at your request.

Mechanical Data Recovery
Hard drives with clicks will be taken to our clean room facilities for diagnostics and repair of their broken components
When hard drives make clicking noise the read write needles on the disks of the hard drives scratch the surface of the disks that contain your data
and eventually the scratching of the disk will destroy the data.
This second stage of repair price range is between $400.00 and $700.00
The cost is for replacement hard drive parts to repair the hard drive and labor.
This can be a very lengthy process that sometimes takes days where the software has to read the data and transfer to a good working hard drive.

Level 3
Physical
Physical damage may also be considered a form of Mechanical damage except more severe.
The computer may have been dropped, suffer heat or water damage.
This is often accompanied by a louder clicking, ticking or a dead hard drive.
These cases start at $800 and higher.
