This is made from high quality vinyl and will stick to most smooth hard surfaces. It will appear painted on once applied to your smooth textured wall or other surface ( mirror, window, tile, sanded painted board).
It is simple to apply and no special tools are required. I will send simple instructions. This will NOT ruin walls or paint if you need to remove it but it is NOT reusable. Flat Paint does not let the adhesive stick as well.....
