Up for your consideration Ronald Reagan White House dessert plate, by china makers Robert C. Floyd. This design was an informal pattern also used aboard Air Force One and at Camp David, and is seen in many period photographs. The white china plate bears a gilt Presidential seal on one side, and navy blue, burgundy and gilt trim to rim. Underside reads in gilt lettering: 'White House Service / by Robert C. Floyd / Fitz & Floyd, Inc. / Fine China / 1983'. The plate measures 7 1/2" dia. Excellent condition. Please, look at the pictures as they are part of the description.

Provenance: From the estate of Cmdr. Ronald L. Jackson (1928-1990). Jackson, a Navy officer, was tasked with supervising the planning and implementation of reciprocal state dinners, the operation of the White House Mess and food service at Camp David and aboard Air Force One, and travelled everywhere with Presidents Johnson through George H. Bush.
