Your stay can start any day of the week you choose, any day of the year based on availability. The cost of your accommodations is not affected by special holidays or other special dates. All travel documents for your accommodations will be sent electronically via email once the reservation dates are finalized and processed. If you prefer not to have documents sent via email, then documents will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please provide two travel date options in the event your preferred dates are not available. This usually takes two business days. Submit payment after we confirm your selected dates can be accommodated. Price for accommodation does not vary with number of occupancy. One fixed price! However, occupancy more than the maximum as described in room accommodation details below is not permitted.

The smallest details have been carefully crafted to provide you with every comfort and luxury available, making the Presidential Suites a one of the most relaxing, enjoyable and satisfying experiences ever. Providing both service and features that are beyond compare, the Presidential Suites offer a unique luxury accommodations experience. The Presidential Suites provide the easy, relaxed ambience of the Caribbean in an opulent and elegant setting, The Presidential Suites offer a matchless vacation experience for the most discriminating traveler. All suites have air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans, while the décor has a distinctive modern design, featuring cherry wood furnishing and stainless steel. Shaded patios and verandas provide a relaxing place to gather. On Property amenities include: a large centralized pool with waterfall; Jazz, a French Fusion Restaurant; Bourbon Street bar; three tennis courts; and a full-press lighted basketball court.

The Presidential Suite can accommodate up to 3 people maximum. Comfortable studio suites with garden, mountain or pool view, each equipped with: Living room with fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and blender. one private bathroom; Air Conditioning; Ceiling fans; Direct Dial Telephone; Cable TV; Safe; Coffee Maker; Iron and ironing board; Radio-Alarm clock; balcony or terrace; Hair dryer; One King size bed or two queen size beds, jetted tub.
All-Inclusive Fee:
This fee is paid at the resort during check-in.
The fee schedule is as follows:
· Adults: $146.00US per night
· Children ages 3-11 years of age: $66.00US per night
· Infants: No charge
The all-inclusive fee covers the cost of all your meals and drinks at the resort. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks and well as alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
Excursions:
Excursions at the resort are optional and paid to the resort or excursion service provider. Cost for excursions are paid in $US.
Safe-deposit box:
Room safe-deposit box rental is available and can be paid at check-in.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Guest check-in is 3:00 PM on the date of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Arrangements for a late check-out, if desired, must be made with the front desk and may include a late check-out fee to be paid in $US.
Complimentary transportation shuttle service to and from Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP)
