This is a 30mm rubber band.  This band is a high quality smooth buttery silicone composite black rubber band with a heavy duty stainless steel buckle.  The longer part of the band measures about 4 3/4 inches and the shorter part of the band measures about 3 1/4 inches including the buckle.
