I do my best to accurately describe each item's condition but I may occasionally miss a small detail. If you are looking for brand new,
flawless items, my auctions may not be the right fit for you. If, however, you love the look and feel of lovingly enjoyed secondhand treasures,
you will be pleased with your eco-friendly purchase from me. Ours is a smoke-free home, however, we are animal lovers and do share our space with a pair of Aby sisters, a Frenchie girl and a Boston boy. While all of my eBay items are stored tightly and securely out of the way, there is a slight chance that an occasional hair may find its way into your package. Please take this into consideration if you have severe allergies.
Please keep in mind that manufacturers dye lots can differ; if you are purchasing linens to match pieces already in your collection, there may be a chance that the colors are not an exact shade match. This is especially common with Ralph Lauren red dye lots and is often seen in the Jardiniere pattern from the Diplomat Collection.

Because of the way eBay's feed-back page is designed, many buyers are not aware that anything less than a 5-star DSR rating on a transaction lowers a seller's visibility on eBay and increases their eBay fees. Even though the feedback page clearly states that a "4" is for good service, it is not good for hard-working sellers! Sellers must maintain a 4.8 DSR in every category. Please remember that if you give someone a 4, then you give them a failing grade.
