Returns
All items are tested prior to dispatch but on the odd occasion a problem does arise returns are accepted within 14 days for faulty items. All parts must be returned in the condition they were sent and have our part marking or refund cannot be given.
Any courier items must be checked before being signing for in case of in transit damage or no insurance claim can be made and we cannot refund.
Any item bought by mistake and returned will be subject to a handling charge and sorry we cannot refund postage.

Customers Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part they are buying is correct for them. If you are unsure please get in touch we are more than happy to help.
Some of the parts we sell require specialist equipment and knowledge to fit; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can fit the parts correctly
Payment & Postage
We either use Royal Mail or courier service for larger items.
Delivery may cost extra to PO boxes and postcodes AB, BF, BT, DD8-11, HS, IM, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, IV, ZE. Please get in touch for a quote prior to ordering.
If you’ve not received your item after 7 days, please get in contact and we will trace it for you
We accept PayPal, cheque or postal order. All cheques must clear before items are dispatched. Please get in contact first if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order.
