The nylon sleeve on the gear turret degrades over time and introduces play into the mechanism. The gearstick won’t return to neutral or can sometimes become seized or vague.
SOLUTION:
We have engineered new bearing and a solid aluminium pivot screw that removes the play and restores the functionality of the mechanism permanently. The metals have been selected to ensure a lasting repair.
