Based on the modern control theory, it with the magnetic flux vector review and control technology directly controls the torque of the electric machine to operate at low speed (1 percent of rated revolution). Founded in 1983. The founder of the Corporation, Mr. Wang Qing-dong, has an engineering technology background combined with rich experience in research and development. The Corporation started its business by running Japan’s Fuji Inverter and then acted as an agent for MEIDEN Inverter. For these few years, not only its rich sales experience has helped the Corporation to create an outstanding business record but also the solid and wide knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering has helped it to provide more complete and professional technical maintenance service for its customers. Different from other agents for Japan’s inverters, Mr. Wang who has paid much attention on investing in equipment investment has purchased a large amount of equipment maintenance and worked on the basic maintenance techniques. With several years of experience in maintenance, TOP GIN has fully mastered each character of an inverter. Later, Mr. Wang recognized that, although the quality of the Japanese products was better than that of the domestic products, the after-sales service which usually took tens of days to send the products back to Japan for maintenance could not provide the customers with immediate support and help and sometimes even caused the stoppage of the production lines. Given the fact, Mr. Wang was determined to research and develop the high-quality inverter and aimed at establishing independent technical capacity, providing better products and immediate maintenance service. 
In 1990, R&D team under Mr. Wang’s leadership successively and independently developed a 16-bit inverter, setting a record of developing an inverter with independent technology by the Taiwanese. In the same year, the Corporation officially produced the TG 200 series with horsepower ranging from 1 to 400 and created its own brand, TOP GIN. By expanding its business to the domestic market and tens of foreign countries, the Corporation created a brand-new world in the domestic inverter market which had been dominated by the Japanese brands. With the advent of the new century, TOP GIN not only continuously adheres to the faith it has followed for the past 20 years, which is providing the customers with the high-quality, high-performance and high-efficiency inverters, and keeps developing and researching new products but also with the most sincere attitude listens to the customers’ demands and provides the best maintenance service. 15.Q&A

1.   Q: Will the inverter operate for self-protection?

A: When detecting any abnormal phenomena, the inverter would operate for self-protection. The abnormality code would be shown on the operator while the signal light would flash. For the abnormality codes, please see the instruction.

2.   Q: How to measure input and output of the inverter with a multi-meter?

A: (1) Measuring with AC voltmeter of the multi-meter while RST three-phase voltage has to be balanced and meets the applicable voltage of the inverter, UVW three-phase voltage has to be balanced. The output-end of the multi-meter should be able to process harmonic wave.

(2) Both input and output current measured by the multi-meter have to be balanced. Note that the measurable range of frequency of the multi-meter.

3. Q: Is the Inverter Able to Apply on Single-phase Power?

A: Both Input (Power source) & Output (Motor) should be Three-phase

4. Q: Can the Inverter Be Under-clocked and Serve as a Power Supply?

A: The inverter can be set for 60HZ input and 50HZ output; yet the three phases of the loading-end have to be balanced while the momentary overload is forbidden.

5.   Q: Function of Inverter Installation

A: The installation allows the equipment to adjust the revolution of an motor to manufacturing and save energy under certain conditions.

6   Q: Can the Installed Inverter Increase the Revolution of Motor?

A: Unless the motor is inverter-exclusive, the room for raising speed is limited.

7.   Q: Can Two Motors Share the Same Inverter? (Simultaneous Operation)

A: It is workable only on the condition that the two motors have to operate and stop simultaneously with the same revolution and that the capacity of the inverter has to be increased.

8.     Q:  Can Two Motors Share the Same Inverter? (Used in Alternation)

A: It calls for the installation of a magnetic switch as well as the increase of wires and control circuits, which may not be economic.

9.     Q: Should the Inverter One-grade Higher Than the Motor

A: Choosing an inverter based on the highest current in a motor’s operation.

10.     Q: Maintenance of Inverter

A: Regularly changing the fan, cleaning the dust with water-free compressed air.
