Just a couple of points to note, if eBay will not let you bid, it will be because you have not met my Selling Preferences which include people with Unpaid Strikes and/or Bad Feedback. Also, I now do not mail to PO BOX Numbers or to the Russian Federation. My choice. 

I will offer you both a Standard and Signed-For mailing service. If you choose only the Standard Mail, I cannot track the mail and as such, you are agreeing NOT to make a claim against me for non-receipt. It is not fair to opt for the cheaper option then claim against the Seller. I can prove I have mailed the item by way of a Certificate of Posting. It is just a pity that this medium refuses to accept that Certificate, even though most other sites do!
