We also must charge a 20% restocking fee on any order which is cancelled after payment has been received, even if that order has not shipped. No returns are accepted without an RMA number which is given to the customer by TREperformance via email. Always have the RMA number clearly written on multiple sides of the package when you return the item. If it is not clearly written on multiple sides of the box it may be returned to sender. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
