is actually a Throttle Lock. An electronic cruise control will lock you
into a speed set at MPH. It will speed up and slow down to keep you at
that speed. What this does is that it "sets" the throttle in one
position. Which is great on those long stretches. Understand that when
you are going down hill, you will slow down a little and when going
downhill you will speed up.
Normally when riding you cannot do
anything with your right hand except hold the throttle in position. When
riding there is constant tension on the right hand and wrist, little
adjustments are constantly happening when riding. Being able to use your
right hand to make adjustments, relieve the tension or shake your hand
out is a wonderful thing!
