Shipping: All items are shipped from USA with tracking number.  Free shipping to US and Canada.  All shipments to Europe have a $10 fee.  Shipments to Asia and Australia should ask for a quote.
Shipped via USPS First Class Package: delivery within 4-5 business days in USA and Canada.
 
Refunds and Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Our articles are unique in design and craftsmanship, which gives them their charm; therefore, please note that occasionally there might be slight variations in colour, design or pattern, from the pictured items.
Returns and exchanges are accepted if a significant error occurs in orders sent. Please contact us before returning the item. However, should you have any questions upon receipt of your package, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
