IN DECENT CONDITION,  ALOT OF FADING OF THE WRITTING ON SPOON. CAN STILL MAKE OUT MOST OF THE "KATZ" AND MOST OF THE WORD "PRESCRIPTION". KINDA OF A RARITY.  I CAN REMEMBER GOING TO THE KATZ DRUGSTORE WHEN I WAS A LITTLE KID, I BELIEVE MOST OF THEM HAD THE OLD SODA BAR. WHAT A BLAST FROM THE PAST!!!!
