Shipping:
We offer combined shipping. Pay only the shipping fee of the first item and a small fee for each extra item, so the more you order, the lower the average shipping fee per item. To enjoy combined shipping, you must put the multiple items in the same order. Please see “Shipping and payments” tab for the exact shipping cost for your country.
Shipping time is an estimation only, we cannot make a guarantee as
shipping and customs clearance is not something we can control.
Ships worldwide from Hong Kong. The responsibility for any customs or
import duties is with the buyer.
Due to the nature of custom made / personalized products, we are unable to accept returns. If your product is faulty, arrives damaged, or there is an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we are willing to replace it for free. The buyer will have to send us back the faulty product (in new and unused condition) within 14 days, then we will replace the goods and resend. However the buyer is responsible for the postage when you send the item back to us.
