Returns:
We are more than
happy to accept returns. The item must be returned in it's original (new
& resell-able) condition with all tags intact. For exchanges, the buyer
must cover postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you would like to
return your item please follow the following steps:
(1) Contact us via
eBay messages to let us know you would like to return your item
(2) Make a note
inside of the package with your
Username
Refund or Exchange.
(3) Please make sure
the item is sent back via a tracked service as we cannot refund/exchange for
items lost in transit.
(4) As soon as we
receive the item back we will process it within 48 hours. Refunds will be
refunded once the return has been processed. Exchanges will be shipped within 2
working days after the return has been processed.
