This is a new OM glass. Glass is 3/16" thick about 17 3/4 wide x 11 1/2 tall at center and 9 5/8" on each end. arched on top. Yes it is heat resistant ceramic glass used by quadra fire.  part #7000-014 for 5700 and 5700i stoves. The "I" is for insert, all others would be free standing or step tops.
