Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange/refund as long as items are unworn and in their original packaging, undamaged/unsoiled, with any tags still intact. Personal clothing items such as hosiery, latex, briefs/thongs can also be returned, as long as these garments have not been tried on (for hygiene reasons), and are returned in their original packaging. Goods should be returned within 30 days of receiving the item, the 30 days start the day after you receive the item. Returns are at the customers expense, unless an item is faulty. 

Please note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on contraceptives, lubricants, creams or lotions if the sealed packaging has been opened. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the return.
