We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We do have a faster delivery option available for most item's at checkout for a small extra charge. We offer a 30 day return / Exchange policy (excluding personalised engraved rings & special custom Ordered rings). Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Please include a copy of your Invoice in with your item(s), and your ebay username ,as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so can delay your refund / exchange.
