Humilis "Ceriferi" Blue Fan Palm  10 Seeds This Spectacular  plant is native to the Atlas mountains of Morocco, growing at elevations of up to 1700m. Here it can get very cold in winter and there can be periods of extreme drought. This is one of the most cold tolerant palm species, withstanding heavy frosts, it is hugely popular in Europe.

Chamaerops humilis 'Cerifera' prefers full sun in a well drained position, but seems to do adapt well to shade and damp locations, so long as the soil does not become waterlogged.

An excellent container palm - it can survive drought, heat, wind, cold and long periods of neglect!
