Shipping

• We ship by UPS, SPEE-DEE, USPS and regional freight/LTL carriers.
• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
• Free shipping, if offered, is to the contiguous states only. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or to Puerto Rico or other US territories, may incur additional shipping charges. (Should freight charges exceed normal or reasonable charges order may be cancelled and money refunded unless an agreement can be met.) Any order can be cancelled at any time in the event of a listing error in price or shipping charges. With refunds given in full for any purchases made and found to be listed improperly.

Warranty & Returns

• Standard 100-day warranty on all parts unless stated as is. Parts sold as is have no warranty express or implied.
• Electrical parts under warranty must be verified defective in writing by the manufacturer dealership of the oem supplier. Many parts must be installed and vin programmed by the oem dealership only.
• Labor is not reimbursable
• All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number for tracking purposes to assure proper credit. Contact us to obtain a RMA number

B = Greater than 60k miles and less than or equal to 200k miles but greater than 15k miles per year
