You are free to choose from the following delivery methods, we are offering free P&P for Royal Mail 2nd class, the estimated delivery times are shown below:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 working days
Royal Mail 1st class: 1-3 working days
Special delivery: The next working day

Please note they are just the estimated delivery times for most (approx. 98%) of the mails, not guaranteed delivery times. Sometimes it may take longer depending on Royal Mail's processing speed and it is completely out of our control. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 working days (as most of the items will be delivered within 10 working days), we will get it solved. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your item until 10 working days after the dispatch date. We will be really appreciated for your understanding.

If you need to return your items you must let us know by eBay message within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for any reason provided that the items have not been used, are in the same condition as when we dispatched it. Returns for unwanted items, buyers will be liable for postage costs.

In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 30 working days (not including Bank Holidays or weekends)from the day after you receive your goods.
