Delivery

  • We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states (contiguous United States). And do not ship outside of these states such as Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. 
  • We use USPS, and UPS as our shipping methods. We choose the shipping method based on the item and weight. The buyer cannot choose the shipping carrier. 
  • Shipping time takes approximately 3-10 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times. 
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to update the shipping address on both eBay and PayPal. We ship to the address as listed on the PayPal account and on the order record.

Return

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Any exchanges are only upon availability. Please contact us by eBay messages so we can assist you. 
  • Please note that color may be different in person as monitors may reflect differently.
  • All returns/exchanges must arrive back to us in original, unworn, unaltered condition, with no signs of wear, tear, fragrance, and marks. 
  • Buyer pays for return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
