All items are selected for style, not brand name. Items are washed in Trader Joe's detergent which has only a mild scent if any. Items requiring dry cleaning are touched up and sent. You have 14 days from purchase delivery to post mark an item for return. We do appreciate a message if an item is being returned, but this is not required. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. Free of odors or any damage. Please package for return in a similar manner to the original shipment to you.
If you prefer your item to ship in a larger box to avoid wrinkling or compression, send a message immediately AFTER purchasing with instructions so we can send you an update invoice. The request must be sent immediately after purchase otherwise the item will ship in as small and affordable a package as possible.
