Rustic / Country Grade with 6 mm top layer of Oak and it comes Unfinished, it's multiply construction and is bevelled on the long sides only (2way)

The Product:

Length: Long boards 1900mm to create authentic look
Thickness: 20 mm including a 6 mm top layer of oak
Base: Birch multi-ply base for stability
Colour: Light oak
Finish: Unfinished
Grading: ABCD rustic grading Oak &
all knots are filled .
Pack size: 1.805
Edge profile: Tongue and groove, with head ends all matched.
Bevel: 2 Way
Underflooring heating: This product is suitable with water and electric based underfloor heating systems.
Moisture level: 8%-12% (recommend that the boards are opened to acclimatise for a minimum of 24 hours
This floor can be fitted in a number of ways:
- floated over a suitable underlay
- fully stuck down using a parquet flooring adhesive
- nailed onto joists or plywood sub floors
This floor can also be used with underfloor heating systems, electrical/water, with a suitable underlay with a low rating i.e. Tuplex 0.35 tog rating 16sqm/roll (price available on request).

Finish and aftercare ...
This product comes unfinished and after installation it will need to have either oil or lacquer applied to the surface to seal the floor. The pictures on this listing show the unfinished floor and another picture shows the floor installed with two applications of Osmo Natural Hard Wax Oil.
You can create your own bespoke flooring installation at your home as these floors are unfinished, all you have to do is decide on a colour an apply it. We are here to help with this and will arrange to send out sample swatches to give you an idea of what the floor will look like after installation.

Local delivery is £40.00 ex vat - 30 mile radius from Basildon, Essex. Pallet delivery dependent on postcode from £50.00 ex vat. Local collection is also available by appointment.
